Shipping & Return Policy
Please allow 1-2 business days for standard shipping after order has been placed. Allow additional processing time during holidays.
We are unable to make any changes, combined, or cancel orders once they are submitted.
Must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned. All damages must be returned and postmarked within 7 days of receiving.
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving merchandise for exchange or store credit only. PPB does not offer refunds at this time. An electronic gift card, not including shipping cost, will be emailed to you within 5 business days. PPB reserves the right to refuse any items that do not have tags, signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, alterations, or misuse, smell of smoke, or damage. All shoes must be in original box. Please do not ship shoe boxes back with labels directly on the box.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All sale items 30% or more are final sale. All personal items such as bras, socks, & swimwear along with jewelry cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
Before returning any merchandise, please fill out the "Returns" paper you received in your package.
We will exchange it with the understanding that you pay return shipping. We cannot and do not guarantee the same item will be available in the size you need however, we will issue an electronic gift card you can use towards the purchase of a different item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
